Milasari Anggraini is the founder and CEO of Quadrant Sunshine, based in Lisbon, Portugal. She brings more than 25 years of experience in banking, fintech, and business development across Asia and Europe — having worked with ultra-high-net-worth clients at private banking institutions in Indonesia, Singapore, and Hong Kong, and founded a payment solutions company licensed by the Central Bank of Indonesia. In 2021, she moved to Portugal and established Quadrant Sunshine. The pivot to AI automation was not a trend she followed — it was a conclusion she reached after deploying AI employee systems inside her own companies and witnessing the results directly: faster response times, fewer missed opportunities, and teams freed up to focus on what actually grows a business. Her vision for Quadrant Sunshine goes beyond automation. She believes AI is the foundation of the next generation of business — and that robotics will follow.
